Friendly staff.Lad who welcomed us helped take my luggage up to our room.Bottles of water to use with different teas n coffee.Good complimentary quality toiletries.Food was nice n tasty.Waitress very good.We found a lot of games in the pub to choose from. There was a mic night on and the singers n musicians were amazing. A good night

Good location near the bridge in Otley and for us especially as we were attending an event at the theatre round the corner. Nice beer and log fire in the bar.
