We had the executive lounge so was surprised at how big it was. Rooms were clean and warm when we arrived. The staff were friendly and were about should you have any questions. The whole site was clean and nice scenery and buildings like wood lodges.

It was a super calming environment both inside the spa and in the cabins/woods. All the people both staff and other people staying there were lovely!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in the Nidderdale cabin and it was absolutely stunning! The views were amazing, the sound of wildlife early in the morning was so beautiful. The staff were fantastic and the food at the Lakeside was incredible, especially the breakfast! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, it was just the most wonderful and relaxing experience!

The interior of the hotel is fantastic, like a giant log cabin, the room was clean and spacious. The outdoor areas for guests are superb as well as the outdoor hot tub. We had a great time.

Perfect room, booked standard room and cheekily asked for an upgrade to which the staff kindly obliged - we were thrilled with the executive cabin suite. We couldn't want for anything! the room was cosy, warm and had home comforts such as fridge, slippers and dress robes.

Cabin had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Beds are super comfortable. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better. So convenient to the airport.Perfect.

Had to pay an extra £20 for my toy poodle dog and we could not use restaurant area so we were alone in a grim side room for our afternoon tea ..which was not sociable.
