Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The hostel has a curfew at 0AM. The shower can be used from 4PM to 11PM. Please note that guests using public transport are advised to get off at Otaru Station, not Minami-Otaru Station. The way from Otaru Station has better road conditions, there are no slopes, and guests will be passing through an arcade, which provides shelter from the snow. This hostel has a dog and a cat. The entire hostel is non-smoking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Shorter walk to hostel from Minami-Otaru Station than Otaru station | easier walk with backpack than with luggage | hot shower, towel/soap provided | solid WiFi | nice breakfast available (500-yen) | coordinated with host to drop-off backpack prior to check-in, greatly appreciated | credit card accepted on-site to pay for reservation |

The hosts and the pets were the highlight of my trip so far! Very friendly and warm and you feel at home! I couldn’t of had a better start to my trip across Japan. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day :)
