Great place ! The mix between the old beautiful house and the new modern building is very nice. The value for money is very good : I definitely recommend this place in Otaru.

Property is very new. The location is fanstastic - just minutes from the main shopping street (a walk down a sloping road is required). I booked a room with 3 beds and it is truly spacious! Toilet is clean. The onsen is located on the top floor and on the same floor as our room. The onsen is also very nice. Beds, sheets, duvets and pillows are great.

It is a renovated traditional building, thus you need to take off your shoe when you enter the compound. Super cozy and big room, the bathroom is cray spacious. Good view and quiet, value for money .
