Easy check in with atm Style computer that prints the room key- 5 mins and your done. Basically simple easy accom.

It is close to Otaru JR station with clean and cozy room. Check in and out by yourself. Luggage could be put in another sister hotel about 8 mins walk. Recommended.

Short walk(10 min?) from Otaru Train station. Location convenient to restaurants, sight seeing spots, bus stop to other area.

Everything was automated so there weren't any staff around, but it is definitely in a pretty good location, with the canals nearby as well as a few convenience stores.

The check in was very easy. This was a basic stay - small rooms and beds. No frills. Easy to walk to everything.

Room is spacious and clean. Near attraction area and restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.

We stayed in a room with twin bed, it was more spacious than I thought. A set of table and chair, bedside lights and amenities- there were everything we need. Also we appreciated the large communal area and free coffee. We didn't use it but you will get access to Onsen at another hotel nearby.
