Breakfast was fine. The troubles have been with the dinner, as there was a party in the restaurant and they have refused to serve dinner or provide room service. Front desk was very nice and helped to arrange the dinner delivery from third party.

The staff are friendly, the room was clean. It had parking too. Primarily, the place is only a few minutes from Auschwitz museum. The breakfast was nice and varied: traditional Polish with egg and frankfurter. There were also fresh cakes and fruit.

The Hotel location is perfect, very close to the old museum entrance, relatively close also to the new entry. The hotel was perfect for one night stay, was in the budget. The breakfast is simple but it has what it takes. For me the price / quality was okay.

Staff were very friendly. They’re dog friendly too. Very helpful. Worked out perfect for our needs as passing through Poland and stopped to see Auschwitz so was perfectly located near main entrance. There was a Supermarket nextdoor too that was very handy.

Excellent location for visiting museum. Museum is just 100m away. Restaurant for late visitors available until 22.00. Breakfest well above average in Poland. WC clean and stylish.

Perfect hotel just opposite of Auschwitz, to see and explore history. Very good restaurant in next hotel Imperial! Calm and relaxing stay in silent hotel. Free parking & pet allowed.

A reasonable facility to visit Auschwitz, although the property description is a little misleading. While it is 700 feet from the Auschwitz gate what they left off is that it's the back gate that you can't use. In order to access the locale, one needs to walk 20 minutes around to the front of the venue.
