Nothing. I even requested change of a room and the hotel was really responsive and eager to accommodate this request.

The breakfast was completely hit and miss, tables were not set,hard to service as at times there were no staff present and we had to go the reception and look for the staff.This was a general finding each morning as we spoke to other guests who had the same view.Some staff were pleasant whilst one in particular was just unpleasant to everyone

Although we were not there with children, we saw families at meal time and they seemed comfortable. We loved the hotel. Although we did not take advantage of the spa, the prices were reasonable. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent, as was the service. There was parking on the premises, which was much appreciated. There is not much to do in Ostuni. We visited a very interesting museum in town and went into a few of the shops, but spent more time visiting neighboring Oria. Ostuni is centrally located for visits to Alberobello and other towns in the area. We were very yappy with our choice of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast and very kind staff. Such a treat having car brought to door with a smile. Great restaurant recommendations from reception.. do ask as it’s hard to work out reviews.

Everything was just perfect. Especially the staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an evening meal on the terrace one night which was fantastic, breakfast was always good.
