The hotel was maintained to a high standard. My room was clean, warm and comfortable. A buffet breakfast was included in the price and consisted of a good range of items. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice, big and clean studio. There were enough space to store clothes and other belongings. Suitable lamps in different places. The studio was silent but in the centre of Ostrava. Breakfasts were very tasty in lovely, quite small dining room. All staff was really helpful and friendly.

Hotel located in pleasant neighbourhood, close to Radnice. Room was very cozy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, coffee maker serves very good coffe. There is a deposit and hotel gives opportunity to leave there luggage before or after check in/out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was really good; nice and fresh and constantly being replenished. The hotel is nice and central. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I am disabled and so they let us use a side access gate so that we could enter the property via the back door for step free access.

Good location in Central Ostrava. Fairly varied and tasty breakfast buffet. Staff at reception were friendly and forgave me when I broke a soap dispenser in the room. Room is a decent size with a desk and kettle. Pretty good value.
