Easy contact with staff; also by WhatsApp, very fast response. Everything was very clean and great matrasses. Soundproof, we didn't hear a thing. Coffee/Tea maker in the room. We had an amazing holiday!

Location was fantastic. Checking in went fluently. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Bathroom and bedroom was spotless,, We had a great night. Breakfast was wonderful.

Check-in was fast and practical. There is an elevator available. Great rooms and overall great hotel. Mosquito net on the window, very nice. Breakfast was very nice.

Price/quality good. Nice rooms, clean bathrooms, lots of English channels on the television. We had questions about parking and we messaged them through Whatsapp; we got informed instantly. Great communication/reception!

Great stay in heart of Ostende, nearby anything and everything. It was very quiet in the night but we noticed the hotel was fully booked and we didn't hear a thing at night. Our windows were open and they have a flyscreen so we could let it open during the night for fresh air. Slept like a baby!

Our friends booked at Alpha hotel and Ambassadeur; which were in the same price category, maybe few euro's cheaper but they were realy horror hotels... We chose Hotel Cardiff and what a difference this was. Good breakfast, good sleep, and nice room + bathroom. The check-in was also easy and fast. We did not have problems with nosie nuisance from anyone in the hotel. I guess ometimes you have to pay a little more to have some comfort. Lesson learned!
