Limited space in the room . Room decorating was “””mmmmmm”” . Unfortunately for us the one window faced the inside facade which revealed a floor to roof channel full of pigeon sh*t . Not nice . Basically a room to sleep in and nothing else . Bar was not open at all . No Tea or Coffee making facilities in the room , but a vending machine by reception area . As people say , you get what you pay for….

Great location, very close to the promenade and bars and restaurants. The hotel was fairly well presented and nice staff. Considering the location, quite good value for money. Great for a night or two.

Lively location in centre of Oostende, so a bit noisy at night (Saturday) although it quietened down by 11. Parking in car park in next street - worked well (extra €15/night) Room wasn't super but it was ok (big enough for 3, fittings/decor plain but working) Lots of options for eating out and only a few steps from the big beach

The best thing about this hotel is the location: close to to the beach, shops, restaurants, museums. Our room was quite small, had no real view, was kind of hot and you could hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. The more expensive rooms will probably be better but this room is definitely only good for one night. The breakfast was ok too, nothing special but adequate.

Room was basic but clean and with comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and supportive. Breakfast was good. Hotel well-located; just over 10 minute walk to station.

The room was a reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was mostly good, The coffee was excellent. The hotel was central for everything in Ostend.

The hotel is accessible by an extremely modern and spacious elevator (reception is on the first floor). The room was exceptionally clean. The towels and bed linens were white and spotless. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the remote control, and they resolved it promptly. The hotel is situated in an excellent location. The breakfast buffet was delicious and served in a beautiful setting. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was renovated and I could not verify other reviews that it is worn out our the elevator is often out of order. The elevator is from 2019 and it seems they renovated their interior at least partially as well.
