On arrival we checked in at Wrights Pub/Bar where our host Kevin upgraded us from an ensuite double with sofa bed to a 2 bedroom apartment which was appreciated. We found our apartment to be clean and comfortable with all amenities and enjoyed a good nights sleep. The location is on Oslo Fjord and a pleasant 10 minute walk from the centre and is handy for all transport links with the airport train a 20 minute journey time with a 10- 20 minute timetable. We did not know what to expect on our first trip to Oslo which was initially booked because of a cheap ticket offer from Easyjet but found the food to be of a high standard with restaurants and bars plentiful with beers etc just a little above UK city centre prices and a good meal with drinks plus wine costing around £35-£55 per head, watch the wine prices though. (We thought Egon in the city & Seaport Restaurant on the waterfront where we incredulous to see brave souls having a floating sauna followed by a dip in the Fjord as the temperature hit -14 degrees!!) There is plenty to see and do in Oslo and would return recommend without hesitation. If one wears appropriate clothing during winter months which for me included a T shirt, wool jumper and warm coat, good quality socks and waterproof boots and of course a hat plus gloves you will be more than warm enough. The apartments are hosted by Kevin who is a likeable and most obliging chap who kindly who opened up the apartment block at near midnight and allowed us to re-check in after our flight was cancelled, I would recommend Wrights Pub which is on site maybe hire his rather swish looking boat for cruise on the Fjord which he mentioned includes food and drinks. Excellent apartment, with all the essential items in the kitchen; beautiful views, Elevator facilities for luggage carriage present. Central location, 10-15 minutes from Oslo S train station, close to Opera House, Ferris Wheel and Munch Museum At the checkout, facility for luggage storage available Over all we enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Great location, a few minutes' walk from the Opera and Munch museum. Unique view and, in general, great comfort. Also the staff at the reception was super nice.

Clean and new. Perfect facilities and wonderful ocean view. We didn't get the apartment we booked due to booking system error but Wright took very good responsibility by upgrading us to another better apartment. Special thanks to Maja who helped us get through every inconvenience. Very impressed.

the agent waited up into the early hours to provide a persinal welcome. Met owner who was very friendly and welcoming. Lovely apartment with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Local restauranst and bars were really good.

Kevin was an amazing host and the place was located perfectly few steps from the city but without the loud noises of traffic and people on the streets.
