Very conveniently located. Luggages would have to go through cobberstones flooring to get to reception. Early check-in nearly impossible. Luggage room was cramped. Rooms were small. Breakfast was good but crowded

Amazing location next to central train station. Sights, shops, bars and restaurants in short walking distance. Very helpful staff. Good sized room for two people who stayed multiple days. Nice amenities, desk in the room and free coffee/tea. The breakfast has many choices and the food is good.

Awesome location close to train station. Breakfast is amazing. Gravel board in reception great fun with kids. Staff were extra friendly, clean hotel overall nice atmosphere

Superb location inside a mall connected to Oslo Central. Can actually walk there from the train without going outside at all, but the hotel did not tell us this and instead gave instructions to walk outside and reenter through the revolving doors (this was in winter). Room is good - everything works as expected. Has AC outlets next to the bed. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, but had the same menu every day. Would be better with some variety. Also plenty of tables in the train-themed restaurant with a nice city view. Laundry room has washing machine and dryer, and free detergent. Many halal restaurants within walking distance. There is also a halal cafe in the mall.

The location is amazingly central, increadibly close to trains and trams, walking distance to lots of shopping and the harbour.
