Location! Clean and the cleaning team were polite & friendly. Great Coms & ease access. Sound Proof windows (room 208 over courtyard). Yes you can feel slight vibrations from trams BUT seriously these are quiet rooms. Fab shower. No irons etc in room BUT there are several available in the extras room. Memory foam beds thick matresses.

Central apartment with a kitchenette, short walk to train station, tram line & Opera House precinct- Great location! We enjoyed the comfortable bed and fantastic shower!

An excellent stay - was really impressed with the room. Comfortable and modern with everything I needed. There was oil and salt/pepper for cooking and basic toiletries provided. Also the online check-in system worked well and had no issues getting into the room.

Location is close to Central station which was handy, and in general, great access to the transport system including trams and buses outside or near the property. Luggage storage was very handy too and easy to use. Washing machine in the room was a bonus and hanging racks available from the essentials closet. For a property with no physical staff, it was run really well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had two stays of two nights each in February at Numa Hallen (rooms 202 and 208). I was delighted with the property. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers were great. Furthermore, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a bottle of olive oil to use for cooking, a helpful touch when one is travelling. The location is excellent, approximately ten minutes of easy walking from the central station, and the main sights are readily accessible on foot. Supermarkets and cafés are close by. The rooms are located on the first floor: there are a few stairs, maybe ten, to reach a landing, and there is a ramp for suitcases, after which there is lift access. I am always a little concerned about the process of digital check-in and code access, but on both occasions, everything went extremely smoothly. Correspondence with the office staff was always answered extremely promptly, almost instantaneously. I had a query on the first visit about the room heating, and there was a cleaning lady on site, and she helped me. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. William’s wife.
