Beds are very comfortable and very close to centre. Good views of harbour from top floor balcony. Great breakfast.

The breakfast, the location and the amenities were all great. They also have a very secure luggage room after you checked out.

The location of the hotel was very central. Close to central station walkable 5 mins. Beds comfortable, shower hot and good pressure, rooms clean. Full buffet breakfast included, luggage storage available. Staff all very helpful and friendly. I’d like to say a huge thank you to bendik, he was super friendly and helpful to me with my luggage porter worries and helped sort out issues for me at my next hotel accommodation, he went above and beyond to help me and put me at ease that everything would be ok.

So close to everything. Arrived at 2am and left 2 days later at 2am. Same guy (didn't get his name) was working. One of the nicest people that I have ever met.

Location was great and friendly staff. The 24x7 gym was also great for dealing with jet lag 👍🏻

The location was superb. The breakfast included was great. Staff were lovely and helpful. The lobby area was spacious and could accommodate a large amount of people.

It was close to the centre, very good breakfast. Rooms minimal but clean. I would of liked a wardrobe rather than just 3 hooks near the door, there was a crack in the shower which made water go everywhere but it was a wet room so it didn’t matter too much. There was also a crack in the hairdryer plastic but it still worked perfectly fine.
