Staff Lynn was very helpful and let us check in earlier as our flight arrived in the morning . Restaurant staff also nice and efficient.

Perfect location to explore Oslo! What makes Clarion Collection Bastion stand out is the cozy, welcoming feeling created by exceptional staff. From front desk to dining/kitchen, everyone is greeted with smiles. Staff is to be commended for amazing service! Having breakfast, fika (afternoon cake), and dinner included is such a bonus in expensive city of Oslo. Food is varied with lots of choices at breakfast and dinner. Rooms are cozy, warm, and quiet. Location is easy walk to train station and waterfront.

Fantastic set of staff members, exceptionally helpful and friendly, everyone of them always carry a refreshing smile on their faces. As of the location of the hotel, main sightseeing places are just a stone's throw away distance from the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, give a relaxing feel. Highly recommended for family stay. The breakfast and evening meal- half board option - was fabulous. Such a selection. Also, 24 hours the free tea and coffee throughout was really good. Overall, a fantabulous hotel.

The location was excellent - central for exploring the city, lass than 10 minute walk to station and opera, fortress at the end of the street. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the food, especially breakfast, exceptional. They took care to cater to those with dietary exceptions such as dairy, gluten, vegetarian. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good gym available
