Bed was comfortable but the room needed some repairs to the ceiling looked like water damage. We were at an event at the Oshawa arena and this is walking distance, less than a block to the arena. Free parking available on site.

Front desk staff were friendly. Halls and room smelled fresh. Bed was super comfy. Good value for the price, overall.

Breakfast was just basic. They were understaffed when it came to making breakfast. Had to wait for the trays to be filled as there was only one person cooking and maintaining the breakfast area

The Front Desk Staff is very accommodating with regards to check-in time and room selection and upgrade. Patient and courteous every time!

The staff at Reception were really nice. The room amenities were comprehensive. They were very responsive in "Booking.com" messaging system. Parking was very convenient. Close to many local items in downtown Oshawa.

I've stayed at this location in the past, so i knew what to expect. Great location and room was clean. The young man at the desk was polite, friendly, and informative. The young lady at the breakfast area was super helpful.
