- the staff were very welcoming and friendly - there was a lift to take luggage up easily - we felt safe and comfortable - breakfast was delivered everyday - very clean and well maintained property - we loved the opportunity to stay in an apartment set up with traditional flooring, mats and bedding. - washing machine and bathroom fans for drying - value for money

Loved this property. Stayed here for 2 night, fit us perfectly. 1 adult and 3 children. Property is very clean and area is quiet but close to trains, restaurants, 7/11s etc. A free light breakfast gets delivered daily with is great.

Had everything we needed for a short stay, clean and convenient, organised in a small space like only Japanese know how to do. We were very happy and would definitely stay here again. Futons were firm which some may find hard, but we like them. A nice touch having a very simple breakfast bag hanging on your door by 7am every day.

The traditional room was lovely, very small space for 4 people but it worked and was cosy. Love the washing machine and kitchenet, the bathroom turned into a heater for drying clothes which was perfect. Very close to train station, and food. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to Fukushima station and one stop from Osaka station. It’s also close to lots of nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and everything was in good working order. The washing machine and clothes dryer were really useful. The entrance area to the apartments was nice, and we made use of the baggage storage area, which was great.

The room was lovely. I slept like a god on the futon on the floor. The owner is a deadset superstar - friendly, helpful and obliging. Vending machine on 1F well stocked. Banging location. Awesome communication and instructions. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Osaka ever again.

The apartment (202) was a great base for us (1 adult, 2 children) for 4 nights. The washing machine and drying room/ bathroom was very welcome. The slave was perfect for the 3 of us. 4 might have felt a little cramped. It has everything we need and a friendly host. The vending machine downstairs for a beer was a nice touch and there was free coffee available. Couldn't fault it for the price

It was in the calmer parts, located close to Fukushima train station. Easily accessible from Osaka station. Close to Toyota renta car. Nice Elevator. The neighbourhood with coin laundry and the bakery *The Mill* was very good. Highly recommend for the baked goods alone
