Clean, spacious refreshed rooms! The Spa is an additional benefit and the property is close to station and many Izakaya, restaurants and bars.

Location was great and the spa was a highlight. The rooms with a desk are definitely better than the rooms with the sofa. No alternative to feather pillows so not great if you have allergies and the room's air was very dry despite the humidifier always being on.

The hotel is in great location next to umida station and many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is exceptional, they are most helpful, polite, and welcoming. The only downside is the view from the window.

Good location near Umega Station. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Easy yo use laundromat. Room were quiet and comfortable while a little bit small with limited lights Breakfast area very crowded and limited choices.

Great location for both shopping in department stores and at night for bar / izakya hopping. Decent access to trains. Modern facilities with a good onsen (hot spring) and other spa facilities.

Location and service of the hotel is really good for anyone who likes to have an awesome time partying, eating and relaxing after lots of exploring. Just have quick or long dip in their public/private spas and saunas from 6am to midnight. Note: (only to customers staying in the hotel can access these facilities and private rooms is additional fees.) Vending machine and ice machine in the laundry room, coined/suica card and other recommened cards on the touch screen are other ways to pay. washing machines does wash and dry no need for extra detergents or softners Love this place.

Location was fantastic, rooms a decent size, staff friendly exceptionally clean. Felt very welcome and right in the middle of Osaka action.
