The breakfast was great, location, cleanliness and staff all amazing. Staff tried their best to help despite not knowing much English. The 7/11 attached to the building was fantastic. Everything was in walking distance and I felt safe all the time here in Umeda. People are very friendly.

Location was close to the station and lots of restaurants in the area. Loved that there was a 7/11 downstairs.

Location to Osaka station and Umeda area was good. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good value. Room was clean and large enough for a short stay.

Location was great. Very near to train station. Plenty of food options nearby. Walked straight out into bustling mall area but no noise in the room. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was quite large for Japan.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect - close to subway lines and Umeda station (which in turns provides a good connection to the KIX airport and Kyoto). Breakfast on the top floor was lovely!

There is alot of restaurant nearby, alot of option even during late night before 11130pm just outside of the hotel. There’s a 7-11 connected with the hotel, which is really convenience. The room is big, decent bathtub with affordable price. Very close to the train station, literally just in front of hotel.

The property is in a very central location. The rooms are comfortable and compact. The laundry facilities are very convenient and easy to use. Breakfast is located on the top floor with city views of Osaka.
