The staff were really nice and I could feel that they were paying attention to the guests. I was sitting at the lounge playing the table games and I felt a bit of pain, I held my head and they handed me a water. It was really nice of them to do it. I really appreciated that! Location is good, breakfast was delicious and the ambient were great!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nicely designed, clean & comfortable. The location is a 15/20min walk to Dotonburi and we also liked that we were able to send our luggage to our next hotel from reception (but you need to pay with cash for this service). Loved it and would definitely stay here again when we come back to Osaka. Felt like we were staying in a much more expensive hotel, excellent value for money.

Staff went above and beyond, tracking down a package that had gone missing. Facilities are fantastic, free beer happy hour.

Very funky, boutique hotel with fantastic styling, free treats for guests, fabulous amenities and lovely staff. Happy hour with free drinks and snacks is a game changer. Rooms are large and well appointed. The rooftop bar is classy with wonderful cocktails. Also a great space created for working if needed, with free coffee and tea available.

I absolutely love this hotel from the staff to the aesthetic of the building. Very modern with a cozy rooftop bar and awesome DJ during happy hour. Can highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Osaka.
