The location was perfect. Right at the end of the train line from the airport and on the same block as the underground metro lines, the public transport system was easily accessed. The room was extremely clean and tidy. Check-in was available until midnight, that was very useful as we didn't land until late in the evening.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was good, with a nice view of Osaka in the morning. The location was accessible and easy to navigate. The staff was helpful with our luggage transfers and check in and out process was efficient and fast.

Hotel's location is just across Kuromon Ichiba Market where you can have street food and seafood with fair price and also less than 10 minutes walk from Ebisu bashi suji shopping street all the way through Dotonbori and Shinsai bashi suji shopping street. Nippombashi station is just 100 metres away and can walk through Namba Walk Area shopping underground. Room is quite spacious compared to any hotels in Tokyo with the same price. Overall, i highly recommended this hotel for stay during visiting Osaka especially around Namba and Dotonbori.
