The staffs are amazing, helpful and let us borrow umbrellas if we need it. Some staff speaks english so it's okay. The rooms are nice and clean as well.

Room was one of the larger ones we experienced in Japan which was nice. Walking distance to train station, Dotonbori and food markets. Nice big bath which was amazing after a long day.

Large bathroom, could shower, bath or both at the same time. Was great to relax in the tub after a long day. Excellent location, very close to train station which is only two stops from Namba. It let us escape the crowds there. Near a 7-11 that we could Takkyubin our luggage at (sent it to our next hotel). Good value for money!

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Dotonbori area. Although it's situated in the "love hotel" area, we didn't encounter any problems related to that. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, though on the smaller side. The bathroom and shower room, however, were quite spacious. While the staff's English wasn't perfect, they were very helpful.

We stayed in a very good and spacious room. :) The bathroom had bathtub and shower separately. Very close to the subway and convenience stores.

The hotel is new, clean, close to the metro, which makes access easy. the rooms are small but for two people it's ok.
