The location is great as a base to explore Osaka and if you want to be in Dotonbori at night. It is very easy to reach if you land on Kansai Airport. The staff are always friendly and have always been very helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the area is very quite at night.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for first time visitors. Personally, Dotonbori wasn't my highlight and nearby Kuromon market seems really touristy, but it's nice you can walk to all these places. With Namba and Nippombashi station so nearby you have perfect train and metro connections to get anywhere. Staff was nice and there's great coffee for free in the lobby. I was a little worried about noise due to the location, but it was really quiet at night and no trouble at all.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is great, it is at the entrance of Kuromon market so it Is ideal to get around Osaka and do some shopping. They stored my luggage before and after check out which was a great help.

Even though it had always been hot dog buffet for breakfast, it was still delicious. The workers in the hotel were nice and the location are perfect, just located at the back entrance of KUROMON market.

The staff are very polite and helpful, they can speak moderate English. The location is perfect, just beside Kuromon market, 5 minutes walk to Namba train station and 8 minutes walk to Dotonburi. Lots of restaurant, shopping stalls, bars, convinient stores and pharmacy near the area.

Very good comfort and placed near the Dotonbori area it was a pleasant surprise fore one night stay. Room has the right size and bed is comfortable. The room is quite silent for the area. Room and structure is clean and personnel is available and kind. It is possible to safely keep luggage at the reserved area after check out, it was important to me for the last day shopping. Thank you to the staff for the great experience.

A great hotel for those wanting to be close to the Dotonbori District and Nipponbashi Shopping District. Rooms are well equipped and spacious and the hotel offers excellent communal facilities - notably a great sitting area (with microwave, ice machine and coffee machine).
