“Okay deal for a short stay, walking 25min distance to Namba”

In general, it was okay deal for 1 night stay, as it was a last minute booking, and we searched something not far from Namba - it is 25min walk by foot. We liked the attempts for the good service - they provided slippers, tea, coffee, water, and the receptionist was very nice and accommodated even though couldn't speak English.
