Great location in Namba area but not too close to the noisy parts . Coffee and access to extra toiletries was very good.

I had a wonderful stay at R Hotel Namba. Although it's a little bit far from the station, once you're there, you're very conveniently placed for nearby key sights like Namba, Dotonbori, and Sennichimae Dogayasuju. I was treated to a free room upgrade when I arrived and the staff were kind enough to let me check in earlier as my room was ready. The facilities were great and the staff were super kind and helpful. I had a bit of an issue on my way to the airport after checking out and despite no longer being a customer of the hotel, the staff went over and above to try and help me out. Thank you!

This is a small boutique hotel and it was exactly what I was looking for. The room was big enough for me - it was clean, comfortable and bright. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from Namba Station but it convenient enough to walk to the main attractions in Osaka. Otherwise, there's the train system. If you want a hotel with comfort and basic facilities like laundry and value for money, this is the one for you.

Short walk from Nipponbashi and Namba Station with lots of great options for restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to good metro lines providing easy access around Osaka. Room was clean, comfortable and had refillable amenities e.g. tea/coffee, towels, etc. There is a communal cooking area (including microwave) and laundry machine. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Recommend staying here ☺️

The hotel is beautiful and modern, Location is excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful. Hotel has a laundry room, Room is in a modern Japanese style, comfortable and has a balcony.

The personnel was really nice, the hotel is modern, calm and clean. You can walk to some nice places nearby. It's a more occidental experience, you have everything you need. Our room wasn't big but it's rarely the case in Japan. And the personnel took our luggage before and after our stay which was really useful !
