Loved the hotel, best hotel I’ve stayed in over 3 trips to Japan. Staff are very friendly and hotel is right next to the train station. There is a familymart downstairs which is extremely convenient as well as a delicious and cheap restaurant. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Clean, good amenities and even provide a very basic breakfast. We mainly stayed there to go early to Universal Studio Osaka and it worked perfectly

Spacious and modern with every convenience, the executive suite was perfect for a family of 5. So close to the station and made our stay in Osaka a real highlight.

The location was great; it was a 2-3 minutes walk from Bentencho station. After attending a concert at Kyocera Dome, we were able to walk back to the hotel in 15-20 minutes (because we didn't want to deal with crazy traffic). They also gave us free breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise/much appreciated!

Thank you! We really liked this hotel, we knew Japanese accommodation would be small, however we were surprised as the room was bigger than we thought! There are free bath salts and other amenities in the reception for the guests that was very thoughtful. They also have a free breakfast. Bentencho station is extremely close, we could see the station from our hotel window. Clean and also there is a bath in the bathroom!

Free amenities and free breakfast were available. 7Eleven downstairs, FamilyMart was nearby and the hotel is also near the train station. Elevator available.

This hotel was perfect for my family, great size room & comfortable beds. Great location, close to train station & 7-11 was close by making it convenient for snacks & drinks. Will stay here again :)
