The guy at the counter waited about an hour for me to check in, that already bumps this up a lot and I could also leave my backpack after checking out. :) you get an individual room! And there is a bath!!!

The bathroom was reallly really nice, and the general look of my room was nice as well. The location was pretty superb, because of metro and JR in a few minutes from the hotel.

Staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. My room and the bath area downstairs was okay and seemed clean.

The price was overall exactly what I expected. As it was down near the Shin-Imamaiya line, it was very easy to walk straight down to Den-Den town or other more frequented locations. Those two factors made it a great value for what I paid.
