The location is amazing is especially for Christmas season outside my window there was a Christmas street lights. It’s very clean, amazing service, easy access and like it’s 18min walk to Dotonbori.

The front of house staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a drink at the bar and really enjoyed the views.

The size of the room is big enough to 2 person and the location is great , walking distance to the train station and there are lots of shops nearby the hotel.

Wow. Amazing. Exceeded expectations. Good sized room. Clean with plenty of amenities. We had a problem with our room and they moved us to a different room without issue. Amazing shower!! Plenty of space

Fantastic room and facilities. The staff were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Osaka. It is across the street from a metro station but you can easily walk anywhere.
