The room is larger than expected and it’s confortable and clean. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest station.

The hotel rooms are huge! Facilities are amazing and the service at this hotel is second to none. Shuttle to Universal Studios is a great plus. On my month long Japan trip this was by far one of the best places I stayed at. It's easy to get to anywhere in Osaka from the hotel.

We took the biggest room for a family of 2adults and 2 kids and love the space. It was lovely to have a lawn within the hotel as the expansiveness is so rare in Japan. My elder son ia a fan of the takoyaki and the confectionery shop. It is within walking distance to the a few metro stations, JR station, biggest Don Donki in Osaka, many eateries and Shinsegai. And we appreciated that we can check the availability of washing machine and dryers via the app.

The environment of the hotel, including the garden, is excellent. The breakfast is great. The one dinner we had at the dinner room is exquisite, delicious, and good value for money. The food served at the cafe and bar is very good, though the menu is small. The free snacks and drinks in the garden at night is a nice touch. We also love it for being very kids friendly, as we had a baby grandson with us. The Tennoji Zoo, only about 10 minutes walk away, is quite good.

I like the buffet and also the flexibility to change the buffet ticket to cafe breakfast set. Staff are attentive yet not intrusive. I look forward to the complimentary hot yuzu drink every night. The free guided tour of Shinsekai is thou short but gave us a brief glimpse of the place. The guide, O kun is 👍🏼👍🏼

Everything!! Great facilities and had everything we could need and more! The staff and service were incredible. The big grassy area was great for the kids. A relaxing end to our Japan adventures. Would highly recommend. It really was a resort, not just a hotel!

I loved the feel and vibe of this hotel. We had a spacious king room, which had a separate toilet to bathroom. Very clean throughout. A communal room on each floor houses a water cooler, ice maker, microwave and vending machine which is awesome. Laundry looked modern on l3 but I didn’t need to use it. The foyer is awesome, lounge area, free storage lockers, cafe/restaurant, outdoor garden area. There is always something going on with pika pika night or guest speakers in the foyer.

Room is spacious, clean and tidy. Evening snack and beer at the podium was nice. The garden with huge space to just rest and chill is a lovely idea.
