Good value property...arrived early and left bags at reception, when I came back to check in they had put my bags in my room already for me! Close to osaka castle can walk there.

the room size are bigger than other hotels but some reason three beds are in the a room hotels so l had to asked remove one bed to out

Breakfast was good, lots of hot water, we were able to relax in the comfy chairs when we returned to collect our suitcases in the afternoon. Wonderful that they arranged a taxi for us. I get a bit anxious in small spaces and the hallways and rooms were tiny. A window that opened or being to access the balcony was a must for me. This wasn’t the case. I did feel it was impersonal on the day of arrival. The space for two people was very difficult with a suitcase each. The price was reasonable.

Location is near to river and metro station (jr). I have never seen so responsible staff. Room was clear, with bath. But the most of all I liked breakfast. I am pretty peaky person, but here I was able to eat everything.

A comfortable and relaxed hotel. Provides a lovely breakfast buffet. Super clean. Staff are excellent and really friendly and helpful. This was my second leisure stay here in 2 years and very happy to stay here again and strongly recommend Noku Osaka. Thank you.
