Staff are very friendly. The location is good. 20 mins walk to nambo and 5 mins walk to metro station.

The room is bigger than expectation. The staffs are friendly, they let me check in early and i’m so impressed. Free breakfast is good, there are breads, juice, coffee, tea and yogurt which are good enough. Also i love the time check in and check out here. The location is walkable to namba (the nearest train station is Daikokucho). If i go to osaka again, this hotel will be my staycation again.

Great stay! Good location being ~8m walk from a connecting train station, staff at front desk were incredibly helpful, and facilities were accessible, clean and did not smell.

Super comfy bed, great space, good ammenities and the location is perfect. Just a 10 min walk to Dotombori, so it is quiet yet central.

I was given a High-floor room as I requested upon booking. But what I TRULY appreciated (and didn't expect) was how LATE Check-out time was. 12pm Check-out is INCREDIBLE!! Very much appreciated!! Not expected of a 3-star property. It was my 2nd Inn during my stay in Osaka, but should've been my 1st choice. Shame I only booked it for my last night after returning from Kyoto.
