Staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. Hotel also offered food and drinks at the bar in the lobby. Convenience stores were located close by. Really great that it had a range of appliances including a washing machine and stove.

The property are located in a very well place. It is very close to Dotonbori and you have a train station walking in 11 minutes. The workers are very friendly and they speak english very well. I totally recommend the hotel

What a great surprise from this little boutique hotel. From the greetings from the manager to the knowledge of our Sake tastings at the bar below, by Ren (& his local eating & Universal rides tips), it was a place that felt like home - comfortable & safe. Our room was large (4 double beds!) with kitchen & dining facilities (all in one room, seperate toilet & bathroom. Lots of space to spread our luggage too!! An easy walk to Dontobori, our day trip bus stop & shopping towns. Thanks for a fabulous stay Nico Hotel (oh & it’s NICO, not NIKKO (the other chain).

The rooms and other facilities are clean. The staffs were very friendly and gave us clear instructions. For a couple and a 3yr old, it was a perfect stay.

Lovely clean room with lots of space. Easy check in and check out. In quiet area but close to Dontonbori (about a 15 minute walk). Staff very friendly and helpful.
