The free bar, lobby area, laundry exceeded expectations. Free bar is great and the breakfast buffet is also a great addition.

The location was amazing, near the station, underground shopping and restaurants on the way home from station, short walk to Donobori. Amazing and cheap restaurants all around with great food. Laundry in hotel meant we did have to wash in the hand basin and drape wet washing in the bathroom.

Lounge area available to all guest with complimentary drinks and snacks. Loved the Laundry Lounge too and the clothing packing machine which sucked the air out of bags of clothing enabling you to pack more into your suitecase. Location was fantastic. Close to mini supermarkets, pharmacy, food outlest and the train station.

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the Namba section of town. Very easy to get to the key places. Location is perfect. The room was large, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel had a "guest lounge" that served drinks and snacks, and was well stocked.

Very good central location, directly on one of the main shopping streets and only a 5 minute walk to dotonburi. The guest lounge is a really nice touch with food and drink available for free throughout the day.

Location was fab and the hotel was quiet despite being in the middle of Namba. Bed was comfy and room was very clean and was larger than we expected. Loved the guest lounge which had a good range of drinks and snacks. Staff were helpful about receiving and sending on our suitcases.

Location, near shopping, Donki, dotonburi, Kuromon. Train station. Nice Lobby lounge. Near 24 hr eateries. Ice machine. Can do laundry and vacuum pack clothes.
