Spacious (for Japan). Our children were given a room across the hallway from us. Everything worked, and nothing was broken. Especially liked the abundance of USB ports to charge devices.

Location was perfect. It was a 15 minute walk from Osaka Umeda train station. The hotel has a young and trendy vibe which is great.

Staff went out of there way assisting organising a doctor to visit, which enabled us to continue the holiday. Can't thank them enough.

The hotel has an excellent vibe as the front desk is in the bar/café. Staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast is a buffet type and has a good variety. The hotel also has luggage delivery to the next hotel. I contacted before booking with some questions via booking chat and they replied fast and very helpful. The room was very good: clean and overall comfortable. Small but manageable. I use a wheelchair to move around and the "universal" room and the shower is easy to access and with a considerable space for the wheelchair. They provide a very good quality shower chair

An excellent location, close to the Osaka loop line for travel to the south and the massive underground city of Shin Umeda for travel every else. Helpful staff, quirky and lively facilities, well appointed rooms.
