The fine print
Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.

The location is good. Subway , family mart and Aeon are nearby. Not far from the shopping district of shinsaibashi and yet quiet. The room is big enough for family of 5. Laundry facility was a plus. Front desk is very helpful too.

Everything from the location, lobby, rooms, amenities and of course the staffs. We were travelling as a family, my sister and my nieces had tagged along to my family of 5. We want to express our gratitude to one exceptional staff Seira Nitta who had wowed us during our stay. My sister has apparently dropped her pouch containing all her valuables and she discovered it missing while we were visiting Kyoto. We quickly rang the hotel to help search for the item in her room which they willingly obliged without any fuss. Quick thinking Seira had observed that my sister had visited the family mart located besides the hotel and she sprang to the mart to check and immediately gave us the image of the pouch !!! She had saved everyone's day as otherwise the trip would not be the same!!. Every single one of us were very pleased with MIMARU WEST OSAKA. Thank you for the great hospitality and fantastic stays. We will definitely come back !

Good location. Shops nearby and many train stations also nearby. The Mimaru hotels are also very new and this one is certainly new.

Staffs are always helpful and all speak quite decent English. The room is quite cozy, and all things are located at where they should be. Just instinctive and reasonable.

Very convenient to everywhere and next to It was a family mart. Near by an Aeon supermarket with 24 hours MacDonald. Walking distance to shinsaibashi street. Staff was friendly and nice. Lots of coin parking nearby. Very good stay.
