The fine print
Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.

Everything was great. The whole apartment provided comfort to our family, my daughter loved the bunk bend. Ample space for Japan standards. Equipped with Apple Tv/Netflix that you can get from the hotel reception. Conveniently located, a short walk to all popular places and local metro. Accessible by Uber

1. Location - excellent location as it is about 10mins walking distance from Shinsaibashi shopping street and can get to anywhere else with ease. 2. Room size - size is great for 4 persons in a room, with an added desk and sofa to act as gathering area. 3. Staff - staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Location was good. Walkable to the main shopping stretch with easy access to loads of food options. Staff were all great, friendly, helpful. The connecting coin laundry came in useful as well as we could do a load, go back to the room and come back for it later.

We had a great 6 night stay here. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, and they were always friendly and very helpful. The location was great, close to train lines and shops and attractions. The room was a good size, and had everything we needed including a small kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!
