The fine print
Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.

Perfect for families, lots of room to move around. Location was walking distance to train stations shops and dontonboori. Laundry on premises was great also.

Provides great accessibility to the town (close to Namba/Namba-Ueno Station). Found in a quiet neighborhood very close to Dontonbori with no disturbances from the night life. Great communication with the staff (for non-Japanese speaking visitors). Great services provided (renting utilities, luggage transfer/storage, cleaning & laundry services)

Great large room for family of four - we had a family corner room. Loved having the bunk bed nook for the kids. The kitchen sink and facilities were super handy. Large fridge and freezer + cooktop + dining table. Wonderful comforting space. Good location close to sites, restaurants but not in the crazy busy streets. Coin laundry was cheap, efficient and convenient.

The family apartment had a great layout, with space to spread out. Seperate toilet and bathroom worked well. Facilities were new and very clean. Beds very comfy. We used the washing machine and dryer as well. Location close to Namba station and shops and restaurants was perfect

We stayed here twice: once in the Pokémon room (which the kids loved), and the second, longer time, in a normal family room. We enjoyed our stay both times a lot. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the Namba stations and about 10 min to the nearest metro station. The Dotonbori area is around the corner and you'll find many shops and restaurants closeby. The rooms are well laid out, ideal for a family stay. You can lend items like a stroller, toaster, etc. free of charge. There is a laundry facility as well. Staff is incredibly helpful in recommending places to eat, trips, luggage forwarding, etc. The real star of the staff has to be Jay, who was not only super helpful, but really surprised us with a small, but very attentive little gift for the kids on our last night. It's people like Jay that make the difference between a really good, and a memorable, hotel experience. Would stay here again without any doubt.
