The onsen in the hotel was nice. The hotel is big and spacious. The room was also a good size for Japan.

Love the onsen! It has indoor version with two different temperatures, outdoor onsen, steam and sauna facilities. After onsen, cold milk/ other drinks are available. You can also chill outside the onsen either indoors/outdoors (facing sea). There are also massage chairs available. Breakfast was great as well with a variety of jap and western style

The spa and sauna are magnificent. The foyer is beautiful. The breakfast has plenty of choices. Location was convenient - just right at the train station.

It is located very need to Universal Studios Japan and just a short boat ride away from Osaka Kaiyukan. The room is clean, modern and very comfortable. Staffs was very helpful and friendly, perhaps except for one counter staff which, probably is having a bad day or woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The staff was helping me to check-in and throughout the journey, she was mostly annoyed and replied in a curtly manner. Other than that “surprising” experience, all other staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. Generally we had a good experience.

The hotel was so spotless and the facilities, especially in the public bath, were so good that all our family members were very happy with this hotel. It has great facilities for the price range and the view is amazing. I would recommend this hotel over the one right in front of Universal Studios if you are going to Universal Studios. The 10 minute walk can be inconvenient, but at this price, the extra 10 minutes is worth it to enjoy the hotel facilities. The ocean view from the public bath and the experience of the facilities make it a great place to stay. Don't worry if there are no restaurants nearby. You can take a free ferry 10 minutes away to the Tempozan Marketplace and visit the grocery store, and there is a microwave in the hotel lobby to heat up food.

Great location, they put extra beds for family. On site onsen / spa is great after Universal studio trip.
