The adjoining rooms for 4 were fantastic. The rooms were really spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fab and free soft drinks/teas/coffees/soups/ice creams all day was great! Location was AMAZING! The staff were wonderful, very welcoming. Loved this hotel.

Location was great! Adjoining rooms were very helpful as a family of 4. Staff were exceptionally helpful too! Would recommend and stay here again . Close to the action but also quiet. Afternoon snacks and drinks were a bonus.

Superb location. Near the top tourist spot and shopping streets. Unlimited drinks and snacks in the lounge area where you can have space to rest and chat.

Cannot beat d location… Near to every attractions in namba…For muslim there r walking distance halal food arnd d hotel(ie indian, ramen n pho mee). Karasksa hotel always feel comfy n relax…No regrets whatsoever…

Great location in easy walking distance of Dotonbori and America-Mura. Very clean and comfortable. The beverage station and snacks are a welcome bonus. The room was bigger than average and had a great rain shower.

The location of the hotel is quyite close to the shopping streets. The room is very quite and comfortable. The wifi connection is very good and the network speed is amazing. The facilities inside the room is very clean and organized. The bed and pillows are very comfortable (4 different thickness & hardness options for the pillows).

This hotel really stood out for us- we did not expect the room to be as spacious as it was. We realised that Osaka hotels are more business like- but still really enjoyed our stay. We didnt see any seepage/fungus issues (which I had read about in an earlier review and was concerned about at first).
