Clean, comfortable, convenient. Perfect location. I was with my 4yo son and my room was on the 15th floor, he loved the view. He could see the airport, obviously the airplane leaves every 2mins, could see the trains and trucks, boats. Any small boys would love the view.

Arrived late into KIX so I booked this hotel. The shuttle bus was clean and on time. Check-in process was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good for the price I thought.

The shuttle service made it so easy to get from the airport. Despite being so close to the airport and being in a busy road, it was quiet. The room was large and comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made our first Japanese check in smooth and quick. Having a convenience store in the hotel was definitely a bonus for tired travellers, and it was so close to walk to the train station the next morning.

The location is very close to kansai airport… the transport service to kansai was really good. Has been upgraded to a supreme room without additional pay. Love the facilities.

Buffet is really high quality. You get a discount of about 2300 yen per person as hotel guest.

The location has nearby 24 hour eateries and supermarket. I like the free parking too as I rented a car and drove around in Osaka.
