Great location, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was the best we have had in Japan so far, a real highlight. Nice touch offering complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks throughout the day in the communal lounge area that has a nice cozy vibe. Felt well looked after and comfortable.

Location was excellent, close to subway and train stations and within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful, organised our luggage to be sent on to our next hotel. Loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.

Very clean and the hotel provided few extras also (coffee, tea, snacks) that was very thoughtful. Bed were comfortable and the hotel location was good.

Friendly staff. Room was well equipped with hair dryer, fridge, TV, kettle. Complimentary coffee and tea. Walking distance to shinsaibashi shopping area. about 10 to 15 min walk to nearest metro station. Sound proofing was good. Can't hear other rooms talking apart from some noises from people waling in the common walkway.

Outstanding Breakfast! The best we had in Japan, clean, perfect location, staff helpful giving advise on where to eat, thanks to them we ate the best ramen ever!! Thanks, we will definitely come back!

Really amazing breakfast, very nice staff, rooms really small, but you find that out when you book and if you just sleep there you are happy. Lots of transport options nearby. Clean, nice. That's how I like it.
