We had a lovely stay at this hotel and most of the staff were lovely and really friendly however on our last night we got told off for laughing in the bar which we found quite insulting. There was just us and one other man in the bar and the barman told us to shush !! We weren’t even that loud and had only laughed the once . Wouldn’t come back for this reason , as this was the only place in the entire hotel where you could get a drink and it didn’t open until 5 pm .

The executive lounge was well appointed and had a great view. It doesn’t really have lounge quality food or drinks. The bathrooms are small as are the executive rooms. Book a basic room for best value.

The staff were so helpful and great with English. We felt very welcomed from the minute we arrived. The view from our room was stunning! It's was spacious and very comfortable.

Fantastic room, staff were brilliant and the usual service you get from a proper check in and concierge service. Always something happening in the main floor area with a musician, big bamboo decorations and bustling lobby.

Amazing hotel with very efficient staff. We were upgraded at check in and had a beautiful view from our room. The location of the property is a little away from the train station but that’s a plus. The area overlooks a beautiful park and river view. The Osaka castle is walking distance and we loved the late night walk to the castle which is amazing! Would give Imperial 10/10 for that!

This hotel stands out for the professionalism of the staff. Lin who checked me in remembered me from my previous stay and, recalling a previous conversation, asked after my sick relative. The concierge team are first class. Super friendly and full of great recommendations. With the price paid through Booking.com this is a great choice for either business or holiday. It's a short walk or metro rise from the centre in a great location by the river. The swimming pool (for which you have to pay extra) is large and excellent for exercising in. In summary, a very upmarket hotel with friendly professional staff. Well worth considering.
