Easy access from Umeda or Osaka station. Access via a lift in the East Mall. Staff were very helpful and so nice to deal with.

This was a quick overnight stay on the last day of our Japan trip, so we wanted a hotel near to shopping. The hotel is connected to the underground mall and near the major department stores Hankyu, etc. Typical of an Ibis property, the rooms were small but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms adequate. There was a small ref and a desk. We had to leave for the airport very early, so we did not have breakfast.

Very conveniently located right next to Umeda Station. Great access also from the underground shopping area attached to Umeda Station . Breakfast was really great! The staff were very nice and helpful and assisted me with onforwarding my luggage to the next destination.

It is a fantastic hotel within walking distance from Osaka station (main station), great location and with underground access to all the metro lines. So many restaurant options underground. Location is fantastic. Staff are very friendly especially in the restaurant. Breakfast has quite a few options and was probably one of the better included breakfasts we had in 3 weeks in Japan. Beds were comfortable.
