Location is great. 1 minute walk to a 7/11. Very polite and helpful staff. They transfer luggage to the next city as well. Had a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious enough, and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very good, excellent water pressure. The location was good, as it was by a subway station, but a bit of a walk to Osaka Train Station, but still possible to walk until there. The facilities were very clean and they provided free toiletries, which was very convenient.

Location was perfect, close to Umeda station within walking distance, lots of eateries and big shopping centres around hotel. Hotel room is very clean and they also provide laundromat as well. You can also send your luggages to other cities in Japan using Yamato courier through the reception, which was a bonus.

The location was exactly what I wanted for myself. Right in the middle or everything. Close to shopping area in central osaka and next to the going out area of my preference. The room was small but nice. As a solo traveller, I had space enough in the room. It might be too small for a couple, but if you use the hotel room only to sleep like myself, then you will be ok.
