Very small room but really nice and clean. the location was great, the staff very helpful and there was an option for breakfast which we didnt take but seemed nice.

Family room is big and spacious. Excellent location. Walking distance to many popular tourists attractions. There is also an entry/exit to the nearby train stations within 1-2min walk.

Excellent location, 1 min walk from exit B26. Note that B26 has no elevator, nearest elevator from subway was B20 and coming out through 1 Round. Hotel is located at Dontonbori, walking distance to Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, and easy access to 2 subways. Staff is welcoming and accommodative, they are responsive through messages too.

The friendly welcoming staff. Regardless if in the kitchen, reception on cleaners. Superb location. Small hotel so not over crowded. I really liked the gentle music in the hallways

Very cozy room, it was very and very well located and a great value for money! The location was excellent, close by and walking distance to everything! Very cute hotel, if anyone wants to stay near Dotonbori and Namba Station and the main action in Osaka!
