I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to move around and relax. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh linens, spotless floors, and a well-maintained bathroom. It was clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. Overall, I was very comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, spacious room for their trip.

The location of the hotel was ideal and the staff were helpful where they could be.

1) nice modern interior decor 2) staff could converse in English 3) make up of room was up to standard 4) they replenish 1 huge water and 3 smaller bottles daily 5) the bathrobe was not bad

The hotel was located in a quiet area, it offered a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to two train stations and just a 10-minute walk from the bustling Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. The room was spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made you feel relaxed after a day of shopping and visiting places of interest. They provided complimentary amenities such as body lotion, face mask, face cleanser etc, and bottled water replenished daily. The high-quality hair and body shampoo had a lovely scent, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

The room is remarkably clean which suits my family members with sensitive skins. Staff are friendly. Drinking bottled waters (2 litres) are generously free. Hotel is near to train stations and restaurants like ichiran.

Location is just 3 mins walk from subway. There are many convenient stores around the hotel. The hotel provided coffee, healthy drinks, mask, lips palm, tooth brush, etc at the lobby for everyone. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel room was clean, have many freebies such as coffee and tea, eye masks, facial sachets. Feel so good. Staff very helpful to arrange luggage delivery. Also send our luggage up to room.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The free face and eye masks and other beauty related freebies were a bonus. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially Yuki, who spoke good English and was able to help call the local Japanese establishments for reservations.
