Overall it is really worth the price. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, no weird odours or dirty places. The area is quiet, which I enjoy. Request the highest room so you won't hear the tram, I was on the 9th floor and didn't hear it at all. Tram is behind the hotel which can take you to the main station for transport. The staff were nice and helpful. You can even request an iron from the reception. The restaurant in the hotel was temporarily closed.

The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. It did the job - with a working bathroom and a TV (as well a nice view of the street below). The staff were the best part. Very friendly and welcoming, allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel until our later check-in - it was even in the room when we arrived back at the hotel. Wifi works. Overall, nice staff, decent stay for the price.

The hotel was in a good position for us and fortunately we were able to park our car in the public car park almost next to the hotel. The room was very clean.

I don't know if I was lucky but my room was huge! It had 3 beds so I was pretty spacious. Nice price with the discounts and such. Vibe was pretty solid.

Really nice room for the price. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Only stayed 1 night but had everything we needed. Would stay again.

The room is bigger than any others we booked in Jepan. The track station is only 2 mins away. You can take the small train to 天王寺前 station and transfer subway to any places u want. Also the view around the hotel is reall typical loal. If you like japanese city view.I recommend you walk around. It is really quite clean.
