The location was great. It’s directly connected to Namba station and is also within walking distance of dotonbori.

The location is great. Right at downtown, and close to metro station and railway station as well. I would like to thank Mr Ago Shige Michi specifically for his help with making reservation at a very nice restaurant. Mr Ago for sure made me feel welcomed at the hotel.

The location in Namba and close to the train station is fantastic. Dotonburi st was only a 10 min walk away and it was easy to hop on trains to see Osaka Castle etc. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. The hotel was very newly renovated so everything seems brand new.

We first walked past this hotel on our last trip to Osaka. We were drawn to the aesthetic of the exterior building. When we did our stay here, we had an exceptional time. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in and check out process was smooth. The room we stayed in was open, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was full of variety with a mix of Asian/Western foods for breakfast. The location was extremely convenient with it being close to Dotonbori, not to mention the entrance of the subway station track was right on the basement of the property.

Bathroom was amazing, staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful in every way and very polite. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cleaned daily to a very high standard.
