really friendly staff, good location in terms of close to public transport connections (juso station is a 5 minute walk and 1 stop from osaka umeda station on the hankyu line where you can then transfer to the osaka metro lines, jr lines and bullet trains)

The room was ok, you might want to take a bigger room for a small up-price. Staff is really helpful. The nearest station is about 15 min by foot. Getting around by bus might be a bit more difficult.

The room were excellent, clean, enough shampoo. body wash everyday, the rooms are equipped with water boiler to make a cup of tea or make a noodle soup. Pyjamas were provided and they were cleaned and changed daily.

The bedroom is spacious by Japanese standards, and we were given a room with a stunning view. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The location is fantastic—just a short distance from Juso train station (Hankyu line), Don Quijote, various restaurants, and convenience stores, yet it remains quiet and serene.
