The std rooms were small so I upgrade to a family suite which wasn't too expensive and it made out holiday a lot better

The location of the hotel was pretty good. The staff were very welcoming and kind. It is a good walking distance to Osaka castle and the metro wasn't too far either. There were also many convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable enough. The triple room had a laundry machine in it, which was very convenient.

It was spacious and felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel as there was stovetop/cooking facilities. Station was close and convenient

Clean and really spacious room, small kitchen including e.g. microwave, fridge and cutlery. The location is absolutely top-notch, a few blocks from Osaka Castle and convenient subway connections from Shin-Osaka and Namba stations (from our perspective the most important train stations, e.g. for the Shinkansen and airport train). Friendly and flexible staff, e.g. regarding cleaning and changing towels. Considering the central location near busy streets, we were positively surprised by the peace and silence.

Good spot if you plan to stay in Osaka for a several days. Our apartment was big by Japanese standards and had kitchen with full size refrigerator, teapot, microwave, stove and even small grill. Having your own washing machine is very convenient, too. The location is good: it is about 10 minute walk to the train lines for Kyoto and Nara. Osaka Castle is also nearby.

The room was spacious, comfortable and had a small kitchenette we could cook in. It was a 12 minute walk from the metro line. Staff was friendly and you could do your laundry downstairs for a small extra fee. Value for money was good.
